Client Support Group
Client Support Group
At Healthcare Resource Care (HRC Care), we provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for autistic adults, adults with learning disabilities, and those with mental health or complex needs, aged 18–65 years.
Our Client Support Group is dedicated to promoting dignity, independence, and choice. We ensure that every individual receives the right level of care, encouragement, and guidance to achieve their personal goals and lead a fulfilling life.
Supporting Children/Young People of a mixed aged (16–21years)
We recognise the importance of early intervention and tailored support for young adults as they transition into adulthood. For individuals aged 16–21years, HRC Care offers a nurturing and developmental environment that enables residents to:
- Build confidence
- Develop essential life skills
- Establish greater independence
- Prepare for the transition into more independent living arrangements
This structured approach supports smoother progression and long-term positive outcomes.
